🧊 Track by Track: Ice Nine Kills 🔪
The Silver Scream
Track 6: “A Grave Mistake”
Review:
Scaredy Cats: 3/5🐈 While The Crow and the music video aren’t really horror or Scary, I think the idea of it is spooky
Silly Goose: 1/5🪿 The movie isn’t really funny it’s more sad but the video has funny moments
Overall Rating: 9/9
Song/Music Video Review:
The Crow is tied with Scream as my favorite movie ever made, and if you count Graphic Novels/Comics as books then it’s also my favorite book of all time I really love The Crow
The song Itself is probably my 9th favorite INK song, one funny story with it the first time I went to see INK Live I told my Little Brother that he wouldn’t like them even though they’re horror themed, so he looked them up and this song was the most streamed so he listened to it and was asking me why I thought he wouldn’t like them because they sound like Atreyu, but then he went to Stabbing In The Dark and as soon as the Screaming started he turned it off and said “Nevermind I don’t like it” 😆 I told him there’s plenty of songs without screaming he can listen to from them
Anyway I love the lyrics like the first verse “Here lies the lifeless bride and groom
Till death do us part came far too soon
Buildings burn and people die all of the time” and then later the line “No forgiveness, just farewell from the match made in heaven you sent straight to hell”
The chorus Is great too really sums up The Crow
As for the music video love to see Spencer as The Crow and fighting the criminals it’s awesome he’s usually the villain in these, but he gets to be the Hero
Also did we ever learn who that hooded figure was or was it just a red Herring? I can’t remember then him drugging the Dr while on the phone his German accent was pretty funny
