Don’t you love this. My mom is making me feel bad about healthily losing weight. I’ve always been on the bigger side and I’m finally watching what I’m eating and I’m extremely active between hobbies and work. I discovered I’m now two pants sizes since I’ve really started kinda trying to lose weight. I have never been this jeans size before and I got ecstatic. I don’t plan on going down anymore, just maintain what I already have done, but my mom is saying there must be something medically wrong with me for me to lose the weight as “fast” as I have… it’s been four months. Also, part of the reason I’ve been losing weight in my stomach area is because I’ve finally learned that my hormones have been unbalanced and I’m taking supplements to help with it. All healthy, not ozempic or anything like that ...
