Hey everyone! Hope everyone has been doing well. I have not been on here in a few months lol. The winter was so brutal, and the seasonal depression was in full swing. The suns been back out so I feel a little better.

I've been pretty anti-social the last 6 or so months, partially because I was mentally exhausted, but also needed to change some things I didn't like about myself. I didn't like who I was becoming, and I needed to make changes. Change is hard and scary, but sometimes it needs to be done! I'm going in baby steps, but I find myself smiling more every day and having the courage to speak up more and training my mind to be kind to myself and love every part of me ☺️ I'm learning from my past mistakes, but also trying to learn not to dwell on those mistakes... one day I'll master that 😅 ...
